Gary Brumley is a U.S. veteran and experienced business leader with an MBA and a strong background in human resources, operations, and organizational management. He has helped businesses strengthen their teams, improve internal processes, and navigate the everyday challenges that come with growth. As co-founder of Salt & Ledger SRQ, Gary brings a practical, people-first approach to helping small-business owners build efficient, compliant, and sustainable organizations.
Marla Wagler, CPA — Vice President
Marla Wagler is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management. As co-founder of Salt & Ledger SRQ, she helps clients confidently manage their accounting and financial operations with accuracy, integrity, and a positive, practical approach. Outside of work, Marla enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and visiting Disney World.
